The prices are per apartment and day incl. bedclothes, hand and bath towels, crockery and cutlery, water, electricity heating and local taxes.

Additional persons: surcharge € 20.00 per day / 1 child under the age of 6 free-of-charge per apartment.
Final cleaning € 65.00 per Panorama apartment and € 75.00 per Duplex suite, Dog tax € 15.00 per day.

Generous breakfast buffet: adults € 15.00/child aged 4-12 € 10.00 per day.

Arrival and departure

In the event of late cancellation, no-show, delayed arrival, or early departure, the booking conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. On the day of arrival your room is available after 16:00, on the day of departure, we request you vacate your room by 10:00.
Forms of payment: cash, EC, Eurocard, and VISA

Cancellation and cancellation fees

5.5 Up to at least 3 months or more before the planned day of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled unilaterally without any cancellation fee.

5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the contracting party may only cancel the accommodation agreement unilaterally subject to the following cancellation fees:

- 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total agreed price
- 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total agreed price
- Within the last week before the date of arrival 90% of the total agreed price.
